I can’t imagine how he did it, but Freedman wrote a wonderful bio of Lincoln which young adults should be able to read without much difficulty.

The book’s final chapter is a moving account of that tragic evening in Ford’s Theatre on April 14, In this book, readers will learn about Lincoln the man, the politician, and the heroic figure we all have grown to respect and admire.
